Robin T. Wernik currently serves as the Municipal Court Judge in the Township of Neptune.  Therefore, she is prohibited from practicing criminal law in the State of New Jersey. However, David Salvatore, our criminal attorney has extensive experience in criminal defense and Municipal Court.
